Two approaches, using\nexisting methodologies, are considered: (i) the Lin's\nestimator, which is based on the extension the Kaplan-Meier\nestimator of the distribution function for the first event time\nand the Inverse Probability of Censoring Weights for the second\ntime (Lin DY, Sun W, Ying Z (1999) \nand (ii) another estimator based on Kaplan-Meier weights\n(Una-Alvarez J, Meira-Machado L (2008)\n).\nThe proposed methods are the landmark estimators based on\nsubsampling approach, and the estimator based on weighted\ncumulative hazard estimator. The package also provides\nnonparametric estimator conditional to a given continuous\ncovariate.
